AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I wonder what functions in AFNI can calculate voxelwise correlation between two 4D datasets?
There are lots of functions for a voxelwise correlation between a 4D dataset and a 1D file, however, if I replace the 1D file with a 4D dataset, then these functions are no longer usable.

Suppose I have two datasets A (x1..xn,y1..ym,z1..zh,t1..tp) and B(x1..xn,y1..ym,z1..zh,t1..tp)
What I hope to achieve is to have a correlation coefficient at each voxel that reflects the correlation between the timeseries in A and the timesereis in B at this voxel.

Thank you!!
