I have another question re: the 3dclustsim option in afni_proc.py. The default is to have it run and I assume it did that, since I didn't tell it not to. However, when I click on the Rpt button to see the cluster results, the alpha levels are all N/Csim, indicating that they are not available. This is true whether I look at individual subjects' results or the group level results. Did I do something wrong?

Also, is there a way to get an output file with the cluster sizes and corresponding alpha levels, such as you get when you run 3dclustsim separately as its own script?
