AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear All,

I am trying to test the following codes to assess the design matrix of my experiment:

3dDeconvolve -nodata 1000 2 -polort 7 -num_stimts 1 -stim_times_AM2 1 test.txt 'dmBLOCK' -stim_label 1 test -x1D stdout: | 1dplot -stdin -thick -thick

The contents of the stimulus timing file has 8 rows (attached at the bottom), and it seems that 3dDeconvolve can only take the first row with my command because in the output it says:

*+ WARNING: '-stim_times_AM2 1' file 'test.txt' has 8 rows, but dataset has 1 time blocks

So my question is: how could I get 3dDeconvlve -nodata to work with my multiple row timing file? Have I missed any options to specify the "dataset" for using nodata?

Thanks in advance for your advice,

Erik
