AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

I'm getting the following error on a dataset after running it through 3dDelay.

Could not find zero crossing before maxdel limit 4788 52 10 1
Could not find zero crossing before maxdel limit 8349 29 2 2
Could not find zero crossing before maxdel limit 9985 1 28 2
Could not find zero crossing before maxdel limit 11011 3 44 2
...
...
...

This happens if run it through 3dDelay after having smoothed the timecourse using 3dlocalstat. If I run the hilbert delay on the unsmoothed timecourse it works fine. If I run the other reps of the task from the same session through the smoothing routine and then run the delay on them they come out fine as well. Any thoughts as to what might be happening with this one rep of the task?
