AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello AFNI,

I have created a mask from functional data using the Clusterize GUI in AFNI by selecting Clusterize: NN level=3, Voxels=170, and then clicking Rpt, then SaveMsk. This gave me a mask with three functional areas with values 1, 2, and 3 respectively.

I am then multiplying this new functional mask by another mask created from the TT_N27_EZ_ML atlas using 3dcalc and would like to retain the labels/values of the areas in the atlas map. To do this I need to change all of the values in the functional mask to be equal to 1, as opposed to the values of 1, 2, and 3 as they are now. I have searched the AFNI documentation but cannot seem to find a way to do this. Is this possible, and if so how do I change the values in the mask to be equal to 1?

Thank you for any help you can provide in this matter,
Laura
