AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

I have run an ICA analysis on some resting state data in using GIFT, a matlab based program.

I preprocessed the data in afni and had the data warped to MNI space. When I typed 3dinfo -gen_space, it tells me that the data is in MNI space.

However, after the GIFT analysis, when I typed 3dinfo -gen_space, it now says the data (now different ICA components) is in "TLRC" space. I can't identify any setting in the GIFT program that would have converted the data to Tailairach space.

This is likely a question for the GIFT developers, but wondered if you had any thoughts?

Thanks so much,

Emily
