AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I'm trying to run 3dttest++ with one dataset using the long form, and while it seems to start working, I'm getting the following error at the -mask command:

++ 3dttest++: AFNI version=AFNI_2011_12_21_1014 (Sep 27 2013) [64-bit]
++ Authored by: The Bob++
++ Covariates file: 4 columns, each with 133 rows
+ Covariate column labels: subj;m2t11@str;cor13t16@in;strXin
+ Found 3 numeric columns: m2t11@str cor13t16@in strXin
** ERROR: Don't understand mask string '/study/TEENEMO/w'
** FATAL ERROR: Can't create mask from '-mask' option

The path and name of the mask are definitely correct, though. If someone could provide input, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Michelle
