Hi,

I am trying to filter resting state connectivity data. I tried both 3dBandpass and 3dFourier with same frequency range

example

3dBandpass -prefix output 0.008 0.1 input

3dFourier -highpass 0.008 -lowpass 0.01 -prefix output input

I get very different results, it seems like the 3dFourier has some sort of trend, I would think these two outputs to be close , but they are very different. I have the time series graph attached with this message.

Can anyone explain why this is happening and which one is the better tool.
