AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have a multi echo data and I am trying to run meica.py on it. Help of the function says that it only needs 4D data sets with different TE's and TE times in ms. The anatomical data is optional. [afni.nimh.nih.gov]

When I am running it like this :

meica.py -d data_echo1.nii,data_echo2.nii -e 8.2250,16.5230.

It give an error stating that :

File "/Users/User/abin/meica.py", line 305, in <module>
if options.anat=='' and options.advmask:
AttributeError: Values instance has no attribute 'advmask'
dhcp-172-17-178-121:AFNI_TEST jankurzawski$

My question is if the anatomial image is necessary to run the script?

Thanks in advance,
John
