Hi,
I need to do an ANOVA analysis with 4 groups and 2 times of measurements, I tried 3dMEMA but it does not handle more than two groups with repeated measures. There is 3dANOVA3 but it does not explicitly state whether it supports repeated measures. And I am not sure about 3dANOVA4 in terms of whether it supports repeated measures, and did not find any document about how to use that command if it does. I downloaded the AFNI matlab package but did not find the 3dANOVA4 function in it.

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!
