Hi

I am busy processing resting state data and am using the 3dFWHMx function to obtain the FWHM values of my dataset so that I can perform alpha probability simulations using AlphaSim.

I want to ask what input dataset I should use for 3dFWHMx?

I was initially using the output dataset from preprocessing (using afni.proc). However, I am wondering if its more appropriate to use the output from afni.proc after smoothing (-blur_size 6.0) but before bandpass filtering (-regress bandpass 0.01 0.1) which would be the pb03.r01.volreg+tlrc.nii.gz file in my case.

At the moment, the FWHM values are ranging between 9 - 11 when using the preprocessed dataset in the 3dFWHMx function.
