Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hello :
I am new to this and it's my first time to use AFNI in MAC platform. I have read all information about AFNI real time in message board ,tutorial, and ptt(REAL-TIME FMRI: setup, image monitoring, statistics, and feedback). I follow the step in ptt. But in ROI selection, the terminal returns the error message(Failed to create tlrc anat). I think perhaps I need a simple demo to help me more understand it. Therefore, I test demo.1.run1 file(website:[afni.nimh.nih.gov] ). I think it is like a batch file and execute directly. It return me"The command not find". I want to ask how to execute demo file(I want to run preprocessing, ,ROI selection,feedback).
