Hello AFNI members and Users,
My earlier problem of AFNi installation still persist [which is 'Badly placed ()'s' ]. So I decided to change user and downloaded and extracted the afni files using instructions on beginners manual. Everything went well till rehash step, however when I type afni I get : afni: Command not found.
So looked into previous post and found one thread not exactly related but some commands which seemed useful:
echo $0
echo $PATH
cd
abin/afni -ver
grep abin .cshrc
echo shell is $0
grep abin .bash*
. ~/.profile

Will someone tell me what else do I need to do? I downloaded X11 quartz (XQuartz 2.7.7 (xorg-server 1.15.2))
Thanks and regards,
Sampada
