AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello!

I have a rather basic question...

I am trying to use the green monochrome map to display activations in both the surface using SUMA and in the volume (basal ganglia) using the afni interface. However, none of the monochrome colour maps in SUMA is available in the afni interface, I was wondering if there is a way around that? That is, is is possible to have all the same monochrome colour maps in both interfaces to facilitate comparaisons? I would be happy to have at leat the green one smiling smiley
I am asking because I have a reviewer that complains about rainbow-style maps for certain kinds of analyses but the problem is that I could not find a monochrome option that exists in both interfaces.

I have a second and less important question about the colour maps.
I there a way to inverse the color maps in SUMA? I played around a lot with the interface but I could not find this option in SUMA (but it exists in AFNI)..

Perhaps someone has already generated monochrome colourmap for afni?

Many thanks in advance!
