AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Ladies and Gentleman,

The Neuro Bureau is excited to invite you to the sixth annual “Open Science Gala” (http://neurobureau.projects.nitrc.org/honolulu_gala_flyer.pdf) - a social event that will be held during the OHBM conference in Honolulu on Monday, June 15th, from 8:30 until late. Now in it's 6th year, the annual Neuro Bureau Gala celebrates data sharing initiatives and encourages open collaboration. Located at Hawaiian Brian’s (http://hawaiianbrians.com/), which is a short 5 minute walk from the conference center, this year's gala will follow the OHBM Postdoc/Student social and will feature the 2015 Brain Art Competition Award ceremony (http://www.neurobureau.org/brainart/), as well as live music, free billiards and celebrations. Come early and receive a ticket at the door for a FREE drink.

Gala Schedule:

7 pm - OHBM Postdoc/Student Social
8:30 pm - General admission
10:30 pm - Brain Art Competition Award Ceremony
* A band and DJs will play throughout the night.

This is a non-profit event held in collaboration with the Organization for Human Brain Mapping's Student and Postdoc Special Interest Group that is jointly sponsored by OHBM and the Child Mind Institute (http://childmind.org).

I hope to see you all there!

Best,
Cameron
