AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Hi,

I have the following error when I try to do
3dSkullStrip -input snap_t1_avg_reg2+orig -no_avoid_eyes -surface_coil -pushout -no_use_skull -monkey -ld 50 -niter 750 -orig_vol -prefix snap_SkullStripped
