Hi ,
I need to transform MIN to TLRC coordinates.But the results of 3 distinct methods were so different:
1.I clicked 'jump to MNI' and entered '21 32 11' in the image window of GUI. Then I opened the window of 'where am I ?' .
Words outputted in this window were:
Focus point (LPI)=
20 mm[R],28mm[A],16mm[s] {TLRC}
21 mm[R],32mm[A],11mm[s] {MNI}
…
2. Entered 'whereami -lpi -space MNI 21 32 11 ' in the terminal,the outputs were:
…
Focus point (LPI)=
-21 mm [L], -32 mm [P], 11 mm [S] {TLRC}
-21 mm [L], -34 mm [P], 10 mm [S] {MNI}
…
3.Entered 'whereami -lpi -space MNI 21 32 11 -calc_chain MNI TLRC -xform_xyz_quiet' in the terminal,the outputs were:
20.790001, 30.495600, 11.659900
So why was the outputs so different?How to transform from MIN coordinates to TLRC using afni code without unnecessary outputs?
