AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello!

I'm trying to correct surface data for multiple comparisons and wondering if the -etac option of 3dttest++ is supposed to work on surface datasets?
I'm a bit reluctant to use the slow-surf_clustim.py program at this point because it does not have the new options of 3dsurfclust..... But not sure how else to proceed?

Would you recommend conducting group analyses in the volume, correcting in the volume then exporting the results to SUMA instead? I've been running my group analyses for years in the surface....

Any advice on how to proceed to correct surface data would be very much appreciated! smiling smiley

Thanks!
Pascale
