AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi all,

I'm a novice in AFNI. Recently, I installed it on Ubuntu 18.0.4 on WSL in my laptop with win 10 OS. It goes well calling the inbuilt AFNI functions to perform analysis by ubuntu command window. However, in the major GUI window of AFNI, if I choose to load n structural nifti image as an underlay, a functional nifti image as an overlay, the two images won’t be fit together. Instead, they will be away from each other (I have attached the snapshot of the weird display in AFNI to this post). I wonder if anyone could give me some advice to fix this problem!

Thanks!
