Dear experts,
I am running deterministic tractography with a netrois file that has 318 rois. I am getting the "Killed" message and everything stops abruptly.
Some possibly relevant info: I'm running AFNI on a virtual machine (8 core / 32GB RAM) off Linux. I haven't had memory issues nor have I received the "Killed" message before, but perhaps I was not performing computationally expensive tasks.
Below you will see the commands and the output before it stops abruptly. Could you let me know if this issue is related to my computer or the commands? Many thanks!

++ ROI logic type is: OR
++ Tracking mode: DET
++ Number of ROIs in netw[0] = 318
++ No refset labeltable for naming things.

++ SEARCHING for scalar files with prefix '3dDWItoDT_*':
FINDING: not:'DT' 'FA' 'L1' not:'L2' not:'L3' 'MD' 'RD'
++ Done with scalar search, found: 4 parameters
--> so will have 15 output data matrices.
++ With '-logic OR', the '-cut_at_rois' option will be automically turned off (-> have '-uncut_at_rois').

++ Done tracking, tidying up outputs...
++ From tracking, net[0] has 245598 tracks.
