Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

The following command yielded the same result, with a FDR capped at 0.9912 or 0.9820, wether I use a grey matter mask or not. What could cause the FDR to remain static, even when the p value is set to abysmal values? I'm really at a loss here. Again, thanks for your time, it is appreciated.

Ok thanks for the useful comments. Here's a list of the commands I used.
3dTcorr1D -prefix Correlations.nii.gz Bucket.nii.gz Values.1D // Generate correlations
3drefit -addFDR -FDRmask Greymattermask.nii.gz Correlations.nii.gz // add FDR to correlations dataset
3dhistog -nbin 100 -mask Greymattermask.nii.gz Correlations.nii.gz

This is the output when I use a grey matter mask on the 3dTcorr1d command, and the same mask for the FDRmask option. I've tried with and without a mask for generating the correlations and the q value is still capped. Without the grey matter mask option at the 3dTcorr1d command, the 3dhistog is similar but doesn't have the voxel maxima at r ~ 0.

Thanks for the reply. I had already tried a grey matter mask and the q value is still capped at 0.999 and won't go down no matter what threshold is assigned.

Thank you for the help. I chose to use 3dTcorr1D to correlate my scalar values with my bucketed functional data. To assess the statistical relevance of my correlations, I tried using 3drefit -addFDR on my correlation files, unfortunately the q value seems to be capped at 0.999, even when I increase dramatically my threshold. Is there a way around this, or is my only option 3dClustSim?
Thanks a

Thanks alot for the answers, it helped clear things up, although I think I might have neglected an important piece of information... do I still need to use 3dbucket if my condition is already processed under Z scores? In other words, for all my subjects I have a Z score map and from what I understand, 3dbucket is used to concatenate only sub-bricks of a 3d-time series....in my files I basically

Greetings,
I want to correlate every voxel of my 15 subjects with 15 of their respective scalar value.
For instance, voxel 1 of every 15 subject has to correlate with their respective scalar value and I want to generate a statistical map with the value of these correlations. Voxel 2 of every 15 subject has to correlate with those same respective values and so on. I'd like to be able to c
