Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

AFNI Message Board
Hi all,
I updated AFNI and reran my analysis.
However, it remains the case that 1D files are output, with unlabeled sub-bricks and no p or q values. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Susan

Hi Gang,
Thanks for the fast response. I ran the command and my afni version reverted:
Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014
[]
Should I try running @update.afni.binaries again and specifying a package rather than using the default flag? I'm running CentOS 6.5
Thanks,
Susan

Hi all,
I'm using 3dMVM for a surface analysis using niml.dset for input. The analysis ran without error message and output 1D files. The sub-bricks are unlabeled and there are no p or q values. I take it I did something wrong?
My afni version is:
Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014
[]
Thanks!
