Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Is there an override for this yet? Just a flag in .afnirc/profile or something that says "please show show me everything in "orig" space, and forget "tlrc" exists?
Thanks!

Hi all,
An unexpected error:
3ddelay -nodtrnd -maskMSK.nii.gz -nodsamp -fs 2 -T 0 -ideal_file REF.1D -input DATASET.nii.gz -prefix DELAYMAP.nii.gz
Throws an error (or, rather, throws this error as many times as I there are voxels):

Thanks! I'd never used the Purge Memory before. Always seemed a little daunting.
Thank you again,

Hi all,
Perhaps it's something on my end, or an environmental variable I haven't found yet. If I have AFNI GUI open and have selected a dataset to visualize, then edit that dataset somehow (either the header or the data itself) on the command line without closing AFNI, the dataset is unchanged in AFNI until AFNI is closed and restarted. I totally understand why it's much more ef

The transformation matrix is the *.Xat.1D output from @auto_tlrc. After generating a partial mask for an ROI in tlrc space, I wanted to take the ROI back to orig space. It seemed that this task perfectly matched the example in 3dWarp (copied in OP); yet, when I applied it, it only worked if the switch for 3dWarp was -matvec_in2out. Of course, the end product is up to snuff. Maybe the Xat.1D is al

To whom it may concern (which might be nobody):
I think that one of the 3dWarp help file examples may have a very small error. The section that reads:

Example of warping +tlrc results back to +orig space of some subject
(get xform matrix, apply it, tell dataset it is not in orig space):
