Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,

Gang,
Thanks. I made the fixes and am successfully running 3dMVM without the qvar. I will try your suggestion with 3dLME.
Thank you so much for making these programs and addressing all the problems with (e.g. sphericity corrections) the vanilla GLM other programs use.
Best Regards,
Tim

Hi Gang,
Problem solved. It turns out to be a quote issue. I copied some of the text from a word doc and the ' s were not in the correct format.
Thanks,
Tim

Hi Gang,
Yes, the quantitative variable does vary within subject. According to my data table I have 2 within subject factors with three levels each and the one quantitative variable. It is a RM design. Will 3dLME handle this model. Looking at the help file, it seems it may limited to one within subject factor.
Thanks,
Tim

Hi Gang,
Unfortunately, when I copied the script there was an error. The space was there and there are single quotes around the symbolic equation.
It still gives me the same error whether I run it with or without the single quotes. Could it possibly have anything to do with spaces in the script?
Thanks,
Tim

Hi AFNI experts,
I am trying to use 3dMVM for a multivariate model and I keep getting the following error:
Error in `[.data.frame`(lop$dataStr, , jj) : undefined columns selected
Calls: process.MVM.opts -> [ -> [.data.frame
Execution halted
I have attached my full script as a text file. In addition, I have appended an abbreviated version of the script I'm using.
Thanks,
