Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

I got it, I just needed to enter the FULL pathway. Thanks. Are these warnings something to be concerned of?

I've tried running script #9 and #10 with afni_proc.py but I receive some errors.
** 3dAttribute exec failure for "TAXIS_NUMS /Modularity_TestAFNI1/SMART001bfMRI+orig.BRIK"
shell error:
*** Can't open dataset /Modularity_TestAFNI1/SMART001bfMRI+orig.BRIK
** failed to find the number of TRs from dset '/Modularity_TestAFNI1/SMART001bfMRI+orig.BRIK'

I've seen that afni_procy.py and afni_restproc.py exists but I don't know what commands to run enter beyond that. I've seen many pages with different options but I'm not sure what the best would be, or rather which would produce the needed/desired results.
Cheers

Dear AFNI enthusiasts and experts,
I'm new to AFNI and am currently trying to run a preprocess on it with resting state data. I have the .BRIK, .HEAD, and raw .nii files and need to do the following:
1) Slice-time correct and realign echoplanar image data using a 6 parameter affine regestration
2) Regress out mean nuisance signal from estimated head motion, ventricles and white matt
