Hello AFNI Experts,
I have a mixed design of Group (hc, sci) x Run (run1, run2) for which I wanted to use 3dLMEr (in case I don't have a balanced design in the end for 3dANOVA).
Below is the code that I have tested:
derivatives=/mnt/LABS/tbi/implicitmem_SCI/derivatives
outdir=$derivatives/3dLME
indir=/mnt/LABS/tbi/implicitmem_SCI/derivatives/feat_lev1_hp100
3dLMEr \

Hi Gang,
Thank you very much for your response. Removing the extra space solved the issue.
I have a related questions about glfCode in 3dLME. The -help output of 3dLME said that:
the coding
'Condition : 1*A -1*B & 1*A -1*C Emotion : 1:pos'
tests the main effect of Condition at the positive Emotion
Is this supposed to be
'Condition : 1*A -1*B & 1*A -1*C Emo

Hi,
I'm trying to run 3dMVM to see if there is significant difference between groups (G1, 2, 3, 4) in terms of neural activation during anticipation of monetary gain. I choose 3dMVM instead of 3dANOVA because we have unbalanced sample. I was wondering what is the accurate way to set up glfCode and gltCode to run F-test to test for the overall group difference, as well as post-hoc ttests t

Hi Rick,
Yes, our event times are TR-locked. Now I understand why we’re getting the same results using TENT and CSPLIN.
Thank you for your response!

Hi all,
I just want to follow-up with my previous question to ask if someone can kindly respond and let me know if it is possible to have the exact same results after running 2 separate 3dDeconvolve with TENT and CSPLIN.
Thank you,
Tien

Hi AFNI experts,
I want to compare the results after using TENT and CSPLIN to decide which function I should use for the final analysis. I've run 3dDeconvolve using TENT(0,16,9), and later, run another 3dDeconvolve using CSPLIN(0,16,9), for both instances, I used the same data (of 1 participant) and the same stim_times 1D files. I expected to see smoother HRFs when using CSPLIN, but surpr
