HI afni gurus
I'm trying to install AFNI on a Mac Mini. It has Mac OS 10.6.8. the CPU is an 1.66 GHz Intel Core Duo 32-bit. All of the AFNI binary downloads for Mac 10.6.8 are 64-bit. do you have a 32-bit version of AFNI binaries for 32-bit?
Thanks

One more follow-up question.
Does afni have program to do a longitudinal analysis of resting state data? We are collected resting state data from subjects at 0 months, 18 months, and 36 month and would like to analyze the changes in resting state connectivity with time

Thanks rick,
do you have a way to analyze resting state data using ICA?
Thanks

hi
I have a anatomical scan from a Phillips scanner in PAR/REC format. I want to convert it to AFNI brik or Nifti format. how can I do this?
Thanks

i used 3dZcat to concatenate the briks. however, due to the fact that the 2 input briks share some slices (Ie S16,S18,S20) these slices are duplicated in the middle of the brain, where the two halves meet. is there a param for 3dZcat to avoid this duplication of slices, ?
or should I cut duplicate slices off the orig briks. is 3dZcutup the program to use to the the slices off the briks?

we captured some dti data. there were 2 runs. we acquired in the axial plane, 2mm slice thickness the first run captured the lower half of the brain, slice locations: I56-S20, and the second run captured the upper half of the brain S16-S92. i have made briks from each of these runs. how can I merge the two runs together into one brik which will contain the entire brain?
Thanks

i have processed an event-related experiment with afni_proc. i used the -tcat_remove_first_trs to remove the first 3 TR's. the timing of the stimuli in the stim_time files are for the beginning of the experiment. Do I need to subtract 7.5 secs (3 TRs) for each of the times in the stim time files, or is there an option in 3dDeconvolve to adjust the times?
Thanks

hello AFNI folks!
we have data from an event related experiment. what is the best way to do volume registration and time shifting? do I Tshift first then 3dvolreg? or can I volreg and Tshift at the same time? if so, what is the method?
thanks
