Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

sudo apt-get install default-jdk
sudo R CMD javareconf
sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev
Then I did individual installs but brms was still not working, and I fixed that with this
sudo add-apt-repository -y "ppa:marutter/rrutter"

I tried the various solutions stated on the other threads (i.e. sudo apt-get install openssl openssl-dev; libcurl4-openssl-dev; sudo apt-get install libssl-dev before doing a reinstall of R). Unfortunately, I still receive the same m

However, the message then states that - installation of packages: curl, PKI, RCurl, rio, rsconnect, C
