Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

AFNI Message Board
Hmm. When I run 3dLME now it seems to find R_io, but now I get the following error:
Error in set_R_io() : could not find function "note.AFNI"
Calls: source -> eval.with.vis -> eval.with.vis -> set_R_io
I haven't tried on Ubuntu yet, but does anybody have any ideas in the mean time?

I'm getting the same error in R_io.so when trying to run 3dLME:
** Error:
Missing R_io.so
When running on a separate Ubuntu machine with R version 2.10.1 I get the same segfault error that Colm was getting.
Any ideas?
