Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Thank you again for support... I have a (dumb?) question: I used nneigh 7 (then 19 and 27) with --inrois. I got 3 identical .vals
Is it correct?
Thank you,
Riccardo

Hi, is there an afni tool to estimate the kurtosis? ( A. Barmpoutis and J. Zhuo "Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging: Robust Estimation from DW-MRI using Homogeneous Polynomials", In the Proceedings of ISBI, 2011, pp. 262-265 )

My .1D is idx1 idx2 ... idxK ... idxN where idxK is idxK-th volume to be removed but I think I will be able to re-script your answer.
Thank you so much.

Hi... I need to remove several sub-bricks (almost 10% of hundreds) indexed by a .1D file.
How can I select the "excluded sub-bricks" in 3dcopy?
Ex:
3dcopy file_orig[ ??any_special_syntax_unknown_by_me??(column_of_sub-bricks_to_be_removed.1D)] file_without_removed_sub-bricks
Tnx.
