Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Hello!
I am trying to get SVC values for a particularly small mask (left amygdala mask with 48 voxels). I tried to follow the advice I found in other threads and ran the following command:
3dClustSim -OKsmallmask -mask Amygdala_Left_Mask_resam+tlrc -fwhmxyz 6.2547 6.2360 5.5507 -pthr 0.02 0.01 0.005 0.001 -athr 0.05 -prefix CSAmyg
But I got the following error:

Sorry to revive an old post but I am also trying to get SVC values for a particularly small mask (left amygdala mask with 48 voxels). I tried to follow the advice here and ran the following command:

Hello!
I am having some difficulties getting my 3 x 6 ANOVA to run using 3dMVM. I have also added in 2 covariates and I am not sure if I have done something incorrectly.
Here is what I run (as an executable file):
3dMVM \
-prefix ST_ANOVA_ICUxEmotion \
-jobs 1 \
-wsVars "Emotion" \
-bsVars 'Group' \
-qVars "Age,IQ" \
-mask 'full_mask.KBFST104+tlr

Hi Rick!
Thank you so much for your help! I ran the command you suggested and got the following output:
2.034600 = 0.2823 + 0.2686 + 0.2840 + 0.2737 + 0.2594 + 0.3265 + 0.3401 : iteration 0095, seed 1234662
So I am assuming that means iteration 0095 is the best one. This is probably a super easy question but I have a file for each of my 7 event types. So for example I have a file named

Hello!
I have been using Optseq to help optimize my task design and recently have decided to give RSFgen a try. I think I have taken the correct initial steps but I now have a folder full of hundreds of files and am unclear as to what the next step is and how to obtain a single stimulus timing file that I could use to program my task. Here is what I ran:
#!/bin/tcsh

Ok! Finally was able to update. Thank you Daniel! However now I am getting a new error earlier on:

I tried to download it again using:
curl -O
tar -xzf macosx_10.7_Intel_64.tgz
mv macosx_10.7_Intel_64 abin
When I try to move it to by abin folder I get :
mv: rename macosx_10.7_Intel_64 to abin/macosx_10.7_Intel_64: Directory not empty
There is already a folder in my abin folder with this name.
However when I check my afni version I get:

Hi Rick!
Thank you for your help. I thought I had downloaded the binaries but am having a difficult time and am now getting errors for skull strip. I have read through a lot of old posts about it and I think I am just not downloading the right binaries. Is there a website with a list of the binaries available? Sorry for such a silly question. Not particularly tech savy!
