Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Thanks, I'll pass this on to my colleague. Do you have any suggestions for templates for infants and children younger than 4?

I am using AFNI to analyze MRIs on a wide range of children, ranging from a few months old to 13 years old. My colleagues and I have been using an adult template, but are discussing switching to a different template. I worked with Rick Reynolds to revise the processing script, and that worked for a while, but most of our last few scans have terrible alignment and the new script doesn't fix it. I noticed the following error messages in the b

I am running a processing script on some Nifti files. The script produces a lot of files, the most important being an html page that displays connectivity maps, motion charts, and statistical data. I have run this script multiple times with many data sets, and I keep getting incomplete results, namely no connectivity maps and some statistical data missing. The following message shows up repeat
