Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Thanks so much Rick for your time explaining.
We are running the AP in an online web server where we have to run each AP script manually and cannot loop through subjects to add the stim timing files (it will also take a bit of infrastructure upgrade to add the timing files to this web platform), hence why we would like to run the 3ddeconvolve separately on our computer via bash for example. AFNI Message Board
Hello,
As a lab, we ran afni_proc.py to complete the preprocessing for a few participants and would like to run the first level modeling after with 3ddeconvolve for task-based fMRI, but we are unsure about the correct output. Would it be the all_runs.SUBJ+orig.BRIK, errts.SUBJ.tproject+orig.BRIK, or something different?
Thank you!
