Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Thank you, Bob
The way I did is:
1. run auto_warp.py
2. save the input "point.1D" as x y z (3 column)
3. cat_matvec -ONELINE anat.un.aff.Xat.1D > orig2tlrc.aff.1D
4. 3dNwarpXYZ -nwarp 'INV(orig2tlrc.aff.1D) INV(anat.un.aff.qw_WARP.nii)' -iwarp input.1D > XYZwarp.1D
Is this correct ?

Thank you, Daniel
If the input to be transferred back to the original space is a xyz coordinate instead of an image.
What should I do ?
Is there an AFNI command to handle this ?
Thanks again for the time and help !!

Dear AFNI experts:
I have the following pipeline:
1. auto_warp.py -base TT_N27+tlrc -input t1_ns+orig -skull_strip_input no
2. do some operations....
3. 3dExtrema -volume -mask_file <mask> -closure -sep_dist 512 <data>
What would be the proper way to transfer the xyz point derived from step 3 back to the original space ?
Thanks in advance !!

Dear AFNI experts,
I'm trying to regress out physio data (respiratory + ECG) using RetroTS and afni_proc.py. However I got problems (error: dimension mismatch) running RetroTS because the sampling rate is different between resp (50Hz) and ECG (400Hz). Should I resample the ECG data or is there another way to go around it ?
Thanks in advance !!

Dear Afni experts:
I use 3dAllineate to register
imgA to imgB and get the regImg1 and reg1.aff12.1D
then
regImg1 to imgC and get regImg2 and reg2.aff12.1D
Now I would like to concatenate the transformation matrix using cat_matvec.
Should the order of the input matrix be:
reg1.aff12.1D reg2.aff12.1D
or
reg2.aff12.1D reg1.aff12.1D
Thanks in advance !!

Thanks, Daniel
I tried "3dAllineate" with parameters:
-affine_general -parfix 7 0 -parfix 8 0 -parfix 9 0 -parfix 10 0 -parfix 11 0 -parfix 12 0 -parang 5 0 0 -parang 6 0 0
but the registered image is the same as using:
-affine_general -parfix 7 0 -parfix 8 0 -parfix 9 0 -parfix 10 0 -parfix 11 0 -parfix 12 0
Did I do anything wrong??

Dear AFNI developers,
I would like to rigidly register two 3D images, where the rotation could be restricted to a single axis (say the x-axis), and I wonder if "3dvolreg" supports this option or not.
Thanks in advance !!
