Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

I am trying to run an analysis using 3dMVM but I get the following error:

Hello,
I have a 4-factor (all within subjects) ANOVA (script is below) and I am trying to get a statistical map for each level of the first factor. When I run this script, the maps are predominately values of either -100 or 100, which seems like something went wrong. Do I need to implement these post-hoc tests differently? Thank you!

Yes, sorry I had noticed that post too late. Here is the output:

I've seen a few other posts regarding R_io.so but none of the solutions I found fixed my problem. When I try to run 3dMVM I get:

Missing R_io.so

Calls: process.MVM.opts -> exists.AFNI.name -> file.exists -> head.AFNI.name

Hello, I am trying to run an analysis to compare different models. Specifically, we have output from a computational model that we can use to simulate behavioral performance and neural activation.We want to be able to say whether the model output accounts for more variance in the fMRI data than a standard box-car model; or whether adding terms corresponding to the model output in the standard mod
