Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

I am interested in doing a beta series correlation analysis and thus want to use -stim_times_IM to extract a beta estimate for each trial. However, in my event-related design, the event of interest (the delay period in a working memory task) varies in duration across trials. So I've been using -stim_times_AM1 to perform duration modulation for this regressor. My question is, is there a wa

Hi SUMA Experts
I have been searching the message board and web for some programs to convert SUMA formatted files to FreeSurfer's annot (or potentially .label) format. The overall goal is to take ROIs drawn in SUMA (as either roi or dset format) and convert it to FreeSurfer (.annot or potentially .label) in each subject's native space. We want them in FreeSurfer as an intermediate

Hi AFNI/SUMA experts-
I want to run a group analysis in surface space using the std.141 icosahedron. I generated the surface bucket in native space, and then used SurfToSurf to transform it to icosahedron space. However, the output (1D) looses the column labels, which is inconvenient, especially since it prepends 7 columns in the process. So I use ConvertDset to select out only the columns

Hi Daniel
I am reopening this thread after 8 months, because I have come across another dataset leading to EPI-Anat alignment issues. I never got around to uploading you the data last time as we ended up solving the problem with a work-around for the previous dataset. However, that workaround failed for a new dataset. I think we are dealing with two problems, one leading to poor alignment a
