Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,

Gift is a really nice tool, you can also try MELODIC which is the part of FSL software. It is pretty straightforward and does the job with all the preprocessing.

Hi Prantik,
Thanks a lot for replying. I downloaded the data from the scanner once again and now there is no error about orig/tlrc issue but I am not sure if the data is concatenated properly now.
I uploaded the data on the afni server. I've send you an e-mail with the filename as advised. It includes 5 echos and a txt file with echo times. Unfortunately there is no anatomical data.

Hi Prantik,
Thanks for your advice. I have multi echo rat data acquired on 4,7 T scanner and I was using kdaw = 50-60 and rdaw = 1-5. I followed your lead and I tried running the preprocessing from your script. My data is in talairach space and when the parameters for the first echo are calculated it saves the file as e1_ts+orig.BRIK and proceeds but while processing the second echo it saves t

Hi
I got the newest version of Me-ICA script but I still have some questions. I preprocessed the data myself (slice timing correction, motion correction and co-registration to the template) and I just want to run the tedana script. I can make most of the subjects work but I have to change the kdaw and rdaw parameters for some of them.
If I have one group and I will change the kdaw and rdaw

I have a multi echo data and I am trying to run meica.py on it. Help of the function says that it only needs 4D data sets with different TE's and TE times in ms. The anatomical data is optional.
When I am running it like this :
meica.py -d data_echo1.nii,data_echo2.nii -e 8.2250,16.5230.
It give an error stating that :
File "/Users/User/abin/meica.py", line 305, in <
