Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

Just wanted to follow up on this a bit. If I am interpreting the results as stated before, aren't I losing the ability to look at a main effect of time?
Is there possibly another solution which would allow me to specify AR1 or another autoregressive structure?

Time is the 6 TRs which constitute the "infusion" period. We have participants without all levels of fill, so we are trying to use 3dLME to handle missing data points.

Hi, I'm having trouble getting 3dLME to get past the model specification test and was hoping you might be able to help or point out the error in my coding. My code follows with some stuff find/replaced, and I can attach the output up to the point where it gets the model specification error upon request.

In generating a script from the Render Dataset plugin, I can find the corresponding option in the script to the GUI for everything except for setting the pbar colors. Am I missing something?
While I'm at it, is there currently any way to drive the render dataset window from the command line other than just opening it with "OPEN_WINDOW A.plugin.Render_Dataset"?

Just out of curiousity, why would that difference in code (group*age vs. group+age) cause the model with the glt to fail but not the model without, when the only difference really between what I'm getting out is that the basic model is giving magnitude of difference and the glt is giving me magnitude and direction?

Point 1 was my failed attempt to de-identify the script somewhat. However, the change in the bsVars specification did get my glt to run. Thanks for your help.

I've been running into an issue while trying to analyze a dataset. I am looking at fcMRI data for two groups who differ significantly in their ages and am using age as a covariate. I can get the basic model (without GLTs) to run without errors and I can get the model to run with GLTs if I don't include the covariate in gltCode. However, any time I include the covariate in a GLT (as i
