I am getting output from t tests I specify in 3dMVM that I expect to be different from each other, but they are not, and I could use some help understanding why. There are a few variables in my model, but right now I would like to get a t test result for the within subject variable Drug for each sex separately. With the following 3dMVM script, the output from each glt line that I think should g

I am getting an error in trying to run 3dMVM that I cannot understand. I am pretty sure I have specified the variables correctly, particularly that "Drug" is indeed a within subject variable. Help?

My thought was that if the Gaussian filter one tells AlphaSim to apply to its simulations along x,y, and z dimensions with the -fwhmx etc options ma
