Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

I'm using afni_proc.py. I know that it outputs the TRs that have been censored, but is there an easy way to match this up with what conditions those TRs are in? I need to know that I have a sufficient # of non-censored trials in all conditions. Thank you!

Thanks for your response! I'm showing the betas as an overlay and T-stats as threshold. Here is a screencap of the window. The conditions being contrasted have ~24 trials each, and when I run my own preprocessing script things look normal. The same thing happened when someone else in my lab tried using afni_proc.py on a different data set, so I'm not sure what's going on. Of course

I ran the script that uber_subject.py generated, but when I look at stats.s101 overlaid onto anat_final.101 there's a ton of signal outside the brain and none inside the brain as shown here. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
Here's my proc.s101 script:
#!/bin/tcsh -xef
echo "auto-generated by afni_proc.py, Wed Dec 16 09:59:23 2015"
echo "(version 4.56, October

I'm analyzing a study that has variable event durations based on reaction time. Once a participant responds, the ITI begins. For each trial, the event + ITI takes 1.5 seconds. However, I'm trying to split the event (from stimulus onset until the participant responds) and ITI (from when the participant responds until the onset of the next trial). I want to do this so that I can use the I
