Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,
AFNI HQ

When in afni I did the underlay of the structural data and the overlay of the lag4_percent result data. The resulting file has a resolution of 182x218x182 voxels
when applying a mask to this I get the error message:
*+ WARNING: Dataset Lag4_AllCoefficients+tlrc has 7221032 voxels/nodes while the mask has 4643401 - skipping
Thank you

The error message I get is that the brain file has a higher resolution than the mask. How can this be?

Does the
-gltsym:
command still work? I received errors messages that the command could not be found when I used it.
Thank you in advance!

I used a mask to measure activity in the hippocampus and received the following error message:
+ WARNING: Dataset lag4_percent+tlrc has 7221032 voxels/nodes while the mask has 4643401 - skipping.
afni then closed and that was it
How do I measure brain activity using a mask? I don't understand how I can make both mask and *+tlrc the same voxel/node resolution.
Thank you!
