1. estimating the parameters of the mixture model for drug onset The estimated parameters are: beta for AR(1) model for modeling drug latency period gamma for the linear trend model for modeling the drug effect period tao for the weighted logistic regression model for modeling the prob distribution of drug onset sigma for the model standard deviation
2. calcualting the information matrix and the asymptotic var-covar matrix using Louis Method The calculated standard deviation are used for calculating the asymptotic confidence intervals.
