AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,

Yeah, I had switched those thinking that there was maybe a naming issue
with those surfaces. But, that didn't solve the problem, unfortunately. I get
the same issue when they're correct (SurfaceName & LDP are both the same
hemisphere).

I've found another possible cause of this, though. For some reason, when I
use the -niml switches on the suma and afni commands (in order to see if the
surface outlines fall in the correct places in the volume) the surface outlines
are way outside the volume. Not sure why this would happen, since this is the
volume that was used in BrainVoyager to generate the surfaces. I did, however,
convert the BV vmr (anatomical file) to BRIK/HEAD using 3dBRAIN_VOYAGERtoAFNI.

Any other help you can offer me?

Thanks,
Adam
