A few problems had to be addressed:
1- SUMA did not handle complex data.
>> This is no longer the case. By default, SUMA will display/graph the ABS of complex data. I had no time to add a GUI swith to allow other transformations. Complain if you need other than ABS in the display.
2- AFNI's programs could not handle complex surface-based data.
>> This is no longer the case. The 3d programs will handle complex NIML and GIFTI sets.
3- The example in 3dDFT for using 3dcalc.c to compute the phase had a mistake in it.
>> The -cx2r option must precede the variable 'a', see expanded help for 3dcalc's -cx2r option.
As usual, you'll need to wait for the next release, probably by tomorrow morning. '@update.afni.binaries -d ' will do the trick.
