AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello afni exerts!

I have a few complex experiments (bad habit) which require running either a 3 and a 4 way ANOVA. As far as I can tell, 3dANOVA3 can run a three-way ANOVA but the third factor is the subject factor, which means that it really can only do a 2-way ANOVA. I was wondering if perhaps there Is was a way to run more complex analyses?

If not, is it perpaps in the plans to add this feature? I know ths would have been very useful to me in the past and would be very useful in the future !

Thansk in advance for any tips!
Cheers,

Pascale
