Hi Gang,
Thanks for the suggestion, but I cannot use the PPI method in my case.
I cannot deconvolve the BOLD response with assumed shape (like GAM), so I would just need to use simple correlation.

So how is the residual term taken care of in the case of simple correlation?
Do I just use fitts dataset for removal of baseline term, and the extraction of seed time series as well as correlation (3dDeconvolve) step ?
