Hello

I am following the procedures to run Context-Dependent Correlation Analysis on gangc's page. I am running into trouble with the 3dTfitter step where I get an error message: ** FATAL ERROR: -FALTUNG kernel size 7 must be shorter than dataset 3. This is what I have so far:

3dmaskave -mask LAmyg_roi_resamp+tlrc ${sub}-Negative_Coeff+tlrc \
>${sub}-LAmyg.NegativeSeed.1D

3dDetrend -ok_1D_text -polort 1 -prefix ${sub}-LAmyg.NegativeSeedR ${sub}-LAmyg.NegativeSeed.1D
