Hello,

I would like to be able to access the raw voxel data from the MRI scans, in NIFTI format or otherwise. for example, lets say i just want to run a triple for loop to print out the value of every voxel in a T1 scan - could i do this through afni, or is the point of afni just to support high level commands? If not, does anyone know how i might go about this?
