Hello,

I am getting an error that seems to be thrown by R when running 3dLME via a bash script.

bash 3dLME.sh
Error in seq.default(wd + ii, len, wd) : wrong sign in 'by' argument
Calls: process.LME.opts -> data.frame -> cbind -> seq -> seq.default
Execution halted
