Hello,

I have run 3dLME and created a mask with the interaction I am interested in. When applying the mask and using 3dmaskave (also tried 3dROIstats) to an iresp file to get an average hrf value for each time point per individual i get an error telling me the mask and individual data are mismatched. I find this disconcerting since the individual data is the same input data for this 3dLME.

*+ WARNING: Input dataset 1108_faces_usa_cond1_CT_iresp+tlrc[0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12] grid mismatch from mask.
Try the following command for grid comparison:


The orientation is mismatched. When I use 3dresample on the mask file, the mask is wiped and no regions are labeled.

Does this mean something went wrong when running 3dLME?
